![]() Bring a hardcopy of your housing application, they often lose them. There were two 4 bedrooms available when I arrived, the one I turn down was another alumni’s only option a week later. I did not get on a waiting list but called often. Others have been told there was no waiting list only to arrive and discover all of the housing was spoken for, by families who were arriving within 60 days, and they would be waiting 2 weeks to a month for a unit to become vacant. ![]() As far as housing goes you tend to get what you get, 3 kids will get you a 4 bedroom if it is available, if not you can wait or take a 3 bedroom. ![]() The property management runs pretty much like any apartment complex, but nicer. You pay them your BAH and utilities are included, for now. On-base living is the best deal for your money when you compare age, square footage, and cost.
